By using onurilabs.com or any Onuri Labs software, you agree to these terms. If you use them on behalf of an organisation, you agree for that organisation.
Software licence
Onuri Antivirus and other Onuri Labs software are proprietary. Copyright © 2026 Onuri Labs. All rights reserved. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the software for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or reverse engineer it except where the law expressly allows, or under a separate written commercial licence with Onuri Labs.
Early access
Early-access releases are free and provided for evaluation. Features may change or be removed. We'll give reasonable notice before introducing paid plans, and you won't be charged without explicitly agreeing to it.
Acceptable use
- Only scan systems and repositories you own or are authorised to scan.
- Don't use the software or our services to attack, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to any system, including ours (security research under our disclosure policy is welcome).
- Don't attempt to circumvent licensing, update signing or other protections.
No warranty
No security tool catches everything. The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. A clean scan does not guarantee that a system is free of vulnerabilities, secrets or malware.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Onuri Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of the software or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing.
